The minimum commitment for the mentor program is for one year,
at least 4 hours a month (meet at least 2 times a month if possible).
The program is extremely flexible!
We currently have 4 youth who need to be matched. 3 boys and 1 girl.
Three of the youth are siblings and are all in elementary school.
The other male is in between middle school and high school.
They were all adopted,
and could benefit from having someone who will spend time with them,
help them adapt in school, making friends, and language skills.
The most important thing is that the mentor can be a friend,
a resource broker, and someone who the youth can confide in during their transition.
